What is Counseling?

Psychological counseling is a process in which an individual seeking help meets with a professionally trained counselor to better understand their inner world, resolve problems, and work toward personal growth through dialogue.Counseling can benefit anyone experiencing stress or difficulties in daily life, such as academic or interpersonal challenges. Through counseling, students can develop effective coping skills and gain deeper self-understanding.
