Signature
Notice
- The signature of The Catholic University of Korea is a registered trademark, and any unauthorized commercial use constitutes trademark infringement.
- The form and color and of the university signature must not be altered. Any such modifications may distort its image or diminish its communicative effectiveness.
- When using the university signature, its proportions, spacing, and size must not be arbitrarily changed.
- Depending on function and application, signature systems have been developed for horizontal or vertical combinations in Korean and English. No priority is given to either horizontal or vertical combinations.
Signature Colors
The exclusive signature colors of The Catholic University of Korea are key elements that distinguish the university, and must therefore be used in strict compliance with the color regulations.
The use of spot colors is the principle; however, depending on the medium (e.g., newspapers, magazines), four-color process (CMYK) printing may also be used.
In particular, when using the four-color process, significant variations in brightness and saturation may occur, so colors should be compared with color samples to achieve the most accurate standard colors.
When specifying colors for print media, Pantone Color numbers should be used.
